In addition to advanced 12-step charging, the new Deluxe MaxCharge regulator includes a bright numeric display that makes it easier than ever to monitor battery type, charge mode, present and target voltages and diagnostics.  Six preset programs let you tailor charging to standard or deep cycle flooded, gel, AGM, Optima or voltage-sensitive batteries.  Features include automatic temperature compensation and alarm capability with optional alternator and battery sensors, independent voltage sensing, visual and audible warning, electric tach, low rpm warning, data and drive terminals, automatic battery conditioning/exercise and manual equalization.  Standard MaxCharge models MC-412H and MC-424H provide all the features of the ARS IV, plus single battery and alternator temp sensing (with optional sensor), amp manager and alarm drive.
