Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal (details), and Wire Transfers. We also accept checks or money orders drawn on any U.S. bank. Please note that orders paid by personal check will delay shipment of your order until your check has cleared. We do not ship any orders C.O.D.

State Sales Tax

State sales tax must be collected on your order only if you are a North Carolina Resident. The state sales tax is computed at 6% of the cost of the merchandise. No sales tax will be charged if you reside outside of the State of North Carolina.

International Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Any customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes that are levied by the shipper or importing country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

Unless specified, your order will be shipped via the most economical carrier which is typically UPS Ground in the US and Canada. The most cost-effective method for International Orders is generally via Federal Express followed by UPS. Shipping costs will be added to your order.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If our customers are not completely satisfied with any product that is purchased from Online Marine, for whatever reason, the item may be returned, prepaid, within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly replace, exchange, or credit the items. We do ask that the item be returned in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. All returned Items for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition, books, videos, software, or cut lengths of line, rigging, hose, piping, fabrics, etc. Special order items are also non-returnable.
